Before the 2020 season, Parkingware implemented a self-check-in solution for motorhomes at Meistershof. Guests could arrive and check in independently, without being restricted by reception opening hours.

Anticipating a clear market shift

Long before the wider move towards digital and contactless stays, this was not an experiment for us, but a deliberate step towards a future in which:

arrival can be fully automated;
guests are independent of opening hours;
processes can scale without additional staffing pressure;
staff have more time for personal hospitality.

The next step

Today, we are building on this foundation with fully reception-free management. This covers not only access to the grounds, but also controlled access to sanitary facilities, accommodation and other amenities.
