Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your order at any time before shipment. In such cases, we will pay the price of the repay goods in full. If the item has already been shipped, it is considered a return.

Returns and refunds
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days and we will refund your money. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee when the customer receives and signs the product. Please note that all costs for packaging and treatment are non-refundable and that the customer must return the products to our address.

We recommend that you keep all supplied packaging as long as possible after delivery. The item must be returned exactly as it was delivered as a new, unused and unmounted item. When you return an item to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packed correctly and carefully so that the item is not damaged.

Conditions for the refund of cancellations / returns
To cancel an order or return it, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, undamaged and in the original packaging.

It is important that you check the goods on arrival where possible. Couriers are not entitled to their damage if the delivery note is signed as ok. The notification of damaged goods during transport must be done within 48 hours of receipt.
